1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically process within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 5-12 days.
  
2. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

CLEDO  is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 15 days of receipt. We also accept exchanges within 60 days of receipt. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, CLEDO cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. For additional information, please see our return policy.
 
3. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?

Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from CLEDO. Coupon codes cannot be used on orders already placed.
 
4. HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?

Why would you want to? Our CLEDO fans receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you must, just click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email. 

 

5. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS?

We process orders quickly and we will do our best to help you with any changes in your order. Please note that once your order has been processed and dispatched, it will no longer be possible for us to make any changes. Do send us a note as soon as possible if you require any amendments.

Most of photos are shot by our own photographer, and only a few of them are from magazines.

12.IF THE PACKAGE IS DETAINED BY CUSTOMS, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEARANCE OF THE ITEMS?

13.WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP US AVOIDING CUSTOM TAX?

Usually, we’ll declare a much lower value of your package or split it into several packages to ship.

14.HOW MUCH WILL BE THE SHIPPING COST?

It depends on the weight of the package and the shipping method you choose. You can have a try to place a order and the system will automatically calculate it for you.

15.HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the tracking number is available, we will email to inform you, and you can track it online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.
